ESSENTIAL MAT PILATES SEQUENCING

Master the art of crafting thoughtful and cohesive Vinyasa yoga sequences in this dynamic course. You’ll learn how to build flows that balance creativity, alignment, and purpose, catering to different levels and class intentions.
